Our playground...Did you meet our expectations? Above and beyond!! Monday morning, the first day the fence is down and the playground is ready to go... there is a wall of kids on the tarmac starring at the playground! The parents love that the kids are coming home clean and aren't importing pea gravel in their shoes and pockets!
We couldn't believe how quick it all came together. It looks absolutely wonderful!! On the third day of the install someone high up on the board was visiting and they couldn't believe the new surface, they loved it! Their suggestion was to try to get this surface at more schools for safety and maintenance reasons.
Your team was awesome! Thank you so much on a job well done! I will be in touch as we proceed with Phase 2 of our playground.

From the salesman, impeccably dressed possessing a clean sales approach; not pushy, just confident and proud of his product, to Manuel and his seamless team of men that worked virtually non-stop from 8am till 7pm to have the job done. Similar to bees at work each knew what they were to do and did it efficiently and with care. The planning and thought that went into our lawn installation, was as if it was their own personal space. We were kept in touch with what was to happen, no question or phone calls were dismissed, nor were we left alone in our own minds to wonder or worry. Myself, being a professional in the Interior Design and Renovation trade, Artificial Grass & Landscaping is the ONLY company that, I will spec on my outdoor room designs. I love my grass from AGL. The service was great and the final result is amazing. Rob came up with a great design after visiting my home and his crew were able to execute the design perfectly. Two years later the grass looks as good as new and people still walk by our home and have to stop to feel it. This summer on more than 1 occasion we had lawn maintenance company's knock on our door to give us an
estimate on lawn aeration!

I have been wanting to touch base with you to let you know how much we love the grass!!! Every single day from the time we wake up, come down to the kitchen for our family breakfast and look out our windows at our now gorgeous back yard, I think and say how much I love the new grass. The kids run out in the backyard, barefoot and often partially naked...run around, roll around and then run back inside and there is no mud or dirt anywhere - not on the deck, on the kids or on my white kitchen floor - even after it rains and the grass is still wet! I can now relax. It has in some small yet significant way transformed how we are - I call it a "lifestyle change" to my friends and anyone else who cares to listen. And we just came back from 10 days at the cottage - our front lawn was a mess, most of the flowers are dead or dying because of all the rain but the back yard grass - gorgeous! Even my husband can't help himself and says that it was a good thing to spend the money on.

I'm seeing green!
It's been a couple of months since we've had AGL come down and install our grass and it has been nothing short of perfection! We have had so many compliments from people who walk or drive by and take their shoes off to feel how wonderfully realistic our grass is. We have a dog that uses a corner for her "business" and it still comes up wonderful after you clean it.
Thank you AGL for your hard work as we are quite happy to have our artificial grass. We now have the best looking lawn on the block!

Just a note to tell you that we are extremely happy with our "Saratoga" grass. Manuel and his crew arrived at 7:45 am and didn't stop until all was done, around 6:00. Their expertise under Manuel's leadership was evident in the smooth execution of each of the labour-intense steps. They were great and it looks awesome!
